Thanks so much for your help! I was in a hurry to get this project done and found out what a frustrating ordeal the licensing process can be. I still have one organization who I emailed (with no response) then (a week later) spoke with a person at their office - who assured me that they would get the proper information back to me asap. It's going on three weeks and I still haven't heard from them. I will surely contact you for my next project and spread the word when there's an opportunity to do so.
